Hi Gil,

This is our 1984 Trans Am, it has 64,000 original miles, all stock, Dark Metallic Sand Gray exterior, Light Sand Gray deluxe interior, 95% original. We have owned it for seven years.

Thanks

Gary

Here is my 1984 Recaro Trans Am with 13,000 on the clock. It still smells new, and is garage kept.

Thanks

Tom

Hi Gilbert,

My name is Tom, and I live here in Honolulu.  However, I grew up in Gardena, which I believe may be near you?  Anyways, I enjoyed looking at your webpage.  Lots of great memories and pics there, awesome site.  What got me there was searching for "Longpre Pontiac."

I'm an older guy, and like you, decided to get the cars that I always wanted....Fiero.  I started with an 86GT, and sold that to buy a 88GT w/ T-tops (had it shipped from CA) and also an 88 Mera.  As you may know, the Mera was built in 87-88 only through Corporate Concepts back East.   Anyways, I bought my Mera from a local place here in Honolulu, but was able to track down its history to the Big Island.  Am I'm still researching on how it got there.

I know that Longpre Pontiac was the only CA Pontiac dealer authorized to sell the Mera.  So, I'm thinking that the roots of my Mera go back to Longpre Pontiac...maybe.  I know that two 88 Mera's were sent here at the same time, #8044 (mine) and #8045.   Whereas mine led a relatively nice existence on the Big Island, its sister car was abused here on Oahu, and eventually just rusted out.  I know that a father-son bought it last year and was doing a restore by pulling the panels off and putting it on another Fiero (but thus, losing its authentic Mera heritage).

Here is a link to Pennocks Fiero Forum where I had my Mera on sale last year.  Lots of pics.

Did not get any takers, so decided to keep it.  I'm in the process now of removing all of the Ferrari badging and turning it back into a real Pontiac Mera.

Anyways, take care., and again, nice web site!
Tom

Hi,

I'm writing this for a friend who isn't a computer person.  He is the only owner of a 1982 Trans Am Firebird MSE.  (Mecham Racing).  It is white and has 100,000 miles.  Yes the car has recaro seats and the original radio.

Thanks
Beverly Muir

Hi there, I saw your website, I have the 79 nocturnal blue with light blue interior.  I am the second owner with the original window sticker.  It has the 6.6 403 with 65k original miles.  The paint is new but the interior is original and needs restoring.  The 8 track works, and it has the t-tops too.

Thanks for your time,

Julie
