Craig's List is going to break me.  As I was enjoying my new 2002 Grand Prix GT, I ran across an ad for this 2002 Grand Prix GTP supercharged coupe.  Sure, it was nice, and a great price, but I figured it had high mileage or some bad issues.  Guess what??  It was a one owner, elderly couple, car with only 15K miles.  That's right, they put just over 2K a year on it.  I spent two days talking with Dan at Costa Mesa Pontiac and GMC before I decided I wanted it.  I listed and sold my 2001 Bonneville SLE in one day, and one day later I was taking this car home to join his GT brother.  There was nothing wrong with the Bonneville, but it did have 90K miles.  So this deal was also too good to pass up.  I am so impressed with how these two Grand Prix cars drive, and how fast this GTP is.

Interesting side note on this car when I got it home.  The dealer included all the paperwork from the prior owner, including dealer invoice and dealer service.  The owner spent just under two grand on this car six months prior to selling.  This dealer service included, oil flush and change, transmission flush and change, radiator flush and change, brake fluid change, power steering fluid change, A/C service, including system cleaning to remove dust and pollen and any pollutants.  Wow, was this car a great buy.

Home, and ready for a nice wash, clay, and wax job.  This car is going to shine like new when we finish with it.  I also have a few plans in store for it.  I will keep it stock, but still improve it.  I already have some new chrome rims, and some decal overlays to make this car look as fast parked as on the road.  I have seen some nice Ram Air hoods, and front plate covers that will help give this car a more aggressive look.  All in due time, keep posted.
